Sitram – Hands on Pressure Cooking Demonstration with Pressure Cooking Expert Jill Nussinow and Melissa’s Produce.

Sitram USA teams up with Melissa’s Produce and Pressure Cooking Expert Jill Nussinow for a pressure cooking demonstration. The demonstration is geared to showcase Vegan recipes and better understand the features, benefits and ease of using the SitraPro pressure cooker. The SitraPro pressure cooker has been the recipient of several culinary awards. Last year, Sitrams’ SitraPro Pressure Cooker was a featured finalist in “What’s Hot & What’s Cool” at the NAFEM show in 2017.

Sitram cookware has been manufacturing stainless steel cookware in Saint-Benoît-du-Sault, France since 1960. HORECA – R line (French for Hotel, Restaurant and Café) will be Sitram’s first commercial riveted cookware available in the United States. The cookware line will ship mid April from the California warehouse. The line is induction ready, NSF certified and is suitable for use in the oven. The cookware line is manufactured in France, as well as many other cooking products.

As a pioneer of pressure cooking, Sitram launched the first pressure cooker in 1963. Five years later, Sitram introduced the first bayonet closing system was produced in 1968. Since NAFEM, Sitram continues to improve the pressure cooking offerings, by adding safety additional features, cooking speeds and colors.
