Pressure Cooked Pasta Bolognese

Super easy one pot Pasta Bolognese

  1. Simple recipe:

    Brown the ground beef/pork

    Remove and set aside.

    Saute the onions, garlic. Add mushrooms & celery with olive oil.

    Add salt, pepper, oregano, basil.

    Add worcestershire & soy.

    Add back the browned meat.

    Add chicken stock & water.

    Add uncooked pasta.

    Add tomatoe paste.

    Stir & ensure noodles are fully covered with liquid.

    Cook for 6 minutes with natural release.



    ·       1½ pound ground beef / or combination with pork

    ·       1 pound penne pasta

    ·       15 white mushrooms, sliced

    ·       3 cloves garlic, minced

    ·       1 celery, chopped

    ·       1 small onion, sliced

    ·       A dash of sherry wine

    ·       A pinch of dried oregano

    ·       A pinch of dried basil

    ·       Kosher salt and black pepper to taste

    ·       Olive oil

    Pasta Sauce:

    ·       2 cups unsalted chicken stock +1 cup water

    ·       5.5 fl oz can tomato paste

    ·       2 tablespoons light soy sauce 

    ·       1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
